Privacy Policy
This policy covers kropfconcepts.com, including the website previews we host on it.
What we collect
When you buy: checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, business name, phone, email and payment details. We receive those contact details and a payment record; we never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us: whatever you include in an email, call or text.
Website previews: previews we build for local businesses show public business information (business name, phone, service area, hours) and short quotes from public Google reviews with the reviewer's first name and initial. They are marked as previews and are hidden from search engines.
Visits: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
Only to build, host and support your website, bill for it, answer you, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our business: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google Workspace (email). They process it on our behalf.
Email from us
If we emailed you about a website preview and you'd rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" and we won't email you again.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to take down a preview or a review quote. Email karl@kropfconcepts.com or write to PO Box 152, Ozark, AR 72949. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
